Routine PM checks performed on a weekly and monthly cycle, covering core building systems to support consistent operation and reduce unplanned downtime.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

Scheduling, oversight, and quality control of third-party vendors and contractors performing maintenance, repairs, or service work on-site.

Phone & Email Monitoring

Ongoing monitoring of tenant, vendor, and property manager communications. After-hours and emergency response are available subject to agreed terms.

Reporting

Regular written reports summarizing site visit findings, PM activity, outstanding items, and vendor work, delivered to the property manager or owner on an agreed schedule.

Emergency / After-Hours Response

Available for urgent issues outside standard monitoring coverage. Response terms and availability are confirmed per property.

Troubleshooting & Minor Repairs

Hands-on troubleshooting and minor repairs across building systems, with vendor coordination when work falls outside scope.
